Delete your account

You can delete your AutoSajam account at any time – in the app or by e-mail.

In the app (fastest)

  1. Open the AutoSajam app and sign in.
  2. Go to ProfileDelete account.
  3. Read what will be deleted and confirm.

Your account is deleted immediately. You will then be signed out on all devices.

Without the app, by e-mail

If you no longer have the app, send a request from the e-mail address of your account to podrska@autosajam.me [CHECK ADDRESS] with the subject “Delete account”.

To make sure the request comes from the account owner, we may send you a confirmation e-mail. We process the request without delay, at the latest within 30 days, and let you know when the account has been deleted. If you no longer have access to the account's e-mail address, write to us from another address – we will try to verify your identity another way.

What gets deleted

  • your sign-in data (e-mail address and password),
  • your name, phone number, profile picture, country and city,
  • all your listings – removed from public view immediately, together with their photos,
  • your dealer profile (if you have one),
  • saved listings, saved searches, blocks and push tokens for notifications.

What is anonymised or kept for a while

  • Messages you sent remain visible to the person you wrote to, but your name is replaced with “Obrisan korisnik” (deleted user). This way the other person does not lose the conversation and evidence of possible fraud is preserved. Replies to such a conversation are no longer possible.
  • Reports and moderation records are kept for [PERIOD] to protect against fraud and to meet legal obligations.
  • Database backups are deleted automatically after 6 months at the latest.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you only want to remove a single listing, use My listingsDelete – your account stays. Signing out of a device does not delete your account.
