Rules for using the AutoSajam app and the autosajam.me website.

1. About the service and its provider

AutoSajam is a classifieds platform for vehicles and parts in Montenegro, Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina. The AutoSajam service (the app and the autosajam.me website) is run by [IME I PREZIME], a private individual, [ADRESA], [DRŽAVA] (hereinafter “AutoSajam”, “we”). Your contract for the use of the service under these terms is concluded with this person.

AutoSajam is not a party to any sale. The contract for buying a vehicle is concluded solely between buyer and seller. We do not handle payments, do not offer delivery and do not hold money.

By registering you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. Account and age

  • Only adults (at least 18 years old) may use AutoSajam.
  • Your account details must be accurate. Impersonation – of another person, a company or AutoSajam – is prohibited.
  • Each person or company may have one account. Creating a new account to get around a block is prohibited.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for all activity on your account.

3. Posting listings

  • Only list vehicles and parts you are entitled to sell.
  • The details (make, model, year, mileage, condition, price) must be true and complete. Known damage and defects must be stated.
  • Photos must show this exact vehicle and be your own or used with permission.
  • One vehicle – one listing. Re-listing the same vehicle (duplicates) is not allowed.
  • The price must be real; fake low prices to attract attention are not allowed.
  • Mark a sold vehicle as sold or delete the listing without delay.

4. Listing review (moderation)

A moderator reviews every listing before it goes live. We may:

  • approve the listing – it becomes public;
  • return it for changes – with a note on what to fix; the corrected listing goes back into review;
  • reject it – for fraud, spam or prohibited content; a rejection is final.

Edits to the vehicle details or description and larger price reductions after publication are reviewed again; until approval the previously approved version stays visible. We may also remove a listing or return it for changes later, especially after a report. There is no right to have a particular listing published, and the review time is not guaranteed.

5. What the review means – and what it does not

We review the listing, not the vehicle.

The review covers the content of the listing: photos, text, price and visible signs of fraud. We do not check the technical condition, real mileage, ownership, documents, customs status, registration or history of the vehicle, nor the reliability of the seller. An approved listing is neither a guarantee nor a recommendation. Before buying, the buyer must inspect the vehicle and its documents themselves.

6. Zero tolerance and prohibited content

We have zero tolerance for objectionable, abusive and fraudulent content. In particular, the following is prohibited:

  • fraud and fake listings – vehicles that do not exist or are not yours, requests for deposits, advance payments or “delivery fees”, fake payment or courier links;
  • stolen vehicles and parts, vehicles with forged documents or tampered mileage;
  • other people's photos without permission, e.g. copied from other marketplaces;
  • abusive, threatening, discriminatory or violent content, hate speech and harassment;
  • pornographic or sexual content;
  • spam, ads for other services, links to other websites, pyramid schemes;
  • other people's personal data without their consent (e.g. someone else's documents or phone number);
  • weapons, drugs and anything that is not a vehicle or vehicle part or whose sale is prohibited;
  • abuse of the system – automated data collection (scraping), bots, circumventing the review or limits.

7. Reporting and blocking

You can report any listing and any user directly in the app (on a listing: ⋯Report listing; in a chat: ⋯Report). You can block a user – a blocked user can no longer send you messages. We act on reports of objectionable content within [24 HOURS – CHECK CAPACITY] at the latest: we remove the offending content and suspend the account that posted it.

8. Content removal and account suspension

If these terms are breached we may, depending on severity: remove content or return it for changes, restrict features, or suspend the account temporarily or permanently. For serious breaches (e.g. fraud) we do so without prior warning and may inform the authorities. If you believe a decision was wrong, write to us at podrska@autosajam.me; a person will review the decision again.

9. Rights to content and photos

You keep the rights to the text and photos you publish. By publishing, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide right to store this content, process it technically (e.g. resize or crop photos), display it in the app and on autosajam.me, and show it in link previews when a listing link is shared (e.g. in Viber or WhatsApp) – for the duration of the listing and the retention periods set out in the Privacy Policy. You warrant that you hold all rights to the published content and that it does not infringe the rights of others.

10. Messages and contact

Use messages only to arrange the purchase of the vehicle in the listing. Sending ads, chain messages and payment links is prohibited. AutoSajam will never ask for your password, card details or a payment via messages.

11. Dealers

The “Verified dealer” badge means that at the time of verification we checked the company details (name, tax ID). It says nothing about the quality of the vehicles or service. Dealers are responsible for their listings under consumer protection law.

12. Price rating

The price rating (“good”, “fair”, “high”) is calculated automatically from similar listings on AutoSajam. It is for information only and is neither an offer nor a professional valuation.

13. Liability

We provide AutoSajam “as is” and strive to keep it available without interruption, but cannot guarantee this. We are not liable for the accuracy of listings, the condition of vehicles, the conduct of users or the performance of a sale. These limitations do not apply to damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, or where the law does not allow liability to be limited. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

14. Fees

Using AutoSajam and posting listings are currently free. Should paid features be introduced in the future, they will be regulated separately and announced before they are introduced.

15. Ending your use

You can delete your account at any time in the app (ProfileDelete account) or by e-mail – see Delete your account.

16. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms, e.g. because of new features or legislation. We will notify you of material changes in the app before they take effect; to continue using the app you will then need to accept the new version.

17. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the country in which the person running AutoSajam is resident: [DRŽAVA]. The competent court for disputes is [NADLEŽNI SUD]. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected.
